Servants’ Hearth™

A collaborative platform where those who serve others connect and share configured work, experience, and support.

Those who serve others in a shared mission often hold knowledge, experience, and operational challenges in common. The generosity of putting others first, combined with increasing demands and fewer resources, can make it difficult for those givers to draw water from their own well — whether alone or together.

A hearth is a place where people gather to tend what sustains them. Servants’ Hearth™ is a custom service and platform that helps organizations configure, share, and maintain a collection of pages and tools designed to support personal and professional development, peer correspondence, and collegial support for its members. Each organization is configured by its administrator to its own mission, house rules, body of knowledge, and shared experiences, with membership and permissions managed within that organization.

Who this is for

Organizations composed of members who serve others in a shared mission—churches, schools, first responder networks, healthcare teams, and similar service-oriented organizations—can use Servants’ Hearth to give their people a configured place to share knowledge, experience, and support according to their own operating rules.

What members can do

How an engagement works

  1. A conversation about the organization’s needs, the pages and tools required, and the rules that will govern them.
  2. Initial setup: the organization’s house (its configured collection of pages and tools) is built, house rules are set, and starting pages are created.
  3. Handover so the organization’s administrator can operate its house.

Further changes after handover are made by arrangement with Servants’ Hearth.

Engagements are currently accepted by arrangement; the Servants’ Hearth platform is not open for self-service or public sign-up at this time.
